Sitting is the new smoking

How come sitting is equal to smoking? 

Questions may arise and it make people to think fatuous.

    Here's the problem that we sit an average of 9 to 10hours a day where as we sit more than we stand on do any activity. We sit in classroom, to eat,watch TV, sit everywhere.

What's the problem with so much sitting?
       You'll be surprised to hear that it's not really "back pain" the problem with so much sitting that our body has not meant for it. In those days our ancestors were in constant movement for a whole day and there is no amount of exercise you can do that can undo the damage. Especially desk job may lead to obesity because our body is inactive and it's like a unhealthy time body waiting to explode.
Blood glucose level and hypertension increases,that leads to diabetes and slows down the our metabolism. Such as poor posture for a long time can cause back pain,leg muscle activity shuts off and twice the rate of cardiovascular disease than standing.World health organization announced physical sedentary is the 4th biggest killer in the planet.

Sedentary lifestyle 
       Nowadays, sitting disease is becoming an issue in our society, that too epidemic at workplace. This has arisen as sedentary behavior. Disease is spreading between home and work, and it can quickly infect your workforce. Obviously unhealthy,fatigued,loss of focus,lower productivity,mental issues and high stress level.

Restore to Health
        Focus on sitting good posture, back straight,feet on the floor and no slouching! Study found that one can increase lifespan by two years sitting down three hours or less a day. It's time to kick your chair to the curb and get back on your feet at work..
